Refund policy

Because all Prèva phone cases are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect model selection, change of mind, or general dissatisfaction.

Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at prevacases@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item

If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at no additional cost. We do not require damaged or defective items to be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Made-to-order phone cases

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your case qualifies due to damage or defect, we will issue a replacement or store credit. For all other requests, a new order must be placed.

Refunds

We do not issue refunds to the original payment method. Approved claims are eligible for store credit only, which will be delivered via email once your claim is processed.

European Union Customers

In accordance with EU consumer law, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to made-to-order or customized goods. Since all Prèva phone cases are produced on demand, returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect items as outlined above.
